How do I choose the right lens tint for my environment?
Our ChromaPop™ lenses are designed for specific light conditions. For bright sun, choose our Platinum or Green Mirror finishes. For low light or overcast days, our Rose or Yellow tints provide the best contrast enhancement.
What is the warranty policy on Smith helmets and eyewear?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on all eyewear and a 2-year manufacturer warranty on helmets. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, but does not include normal wear and tear or lens scratches.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard ground shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer expedited 2-day and overnight shipping options at checkout for those who need their gear before the weekend.
Can I return my items if they don't fit?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please use our online portal to generate a prepaid return shipping label.
Do you offer prescription lenses for your sunglasses?
Many of our performance and lifestyle frames are RX-compatible. You can order these directly through an authorized Smith Optics prescription provider or eye care professional.
